"My husband, me, mother in law and dogs rented one of the properties they manage through VRBO. The people are very courteous and professional! They responded promptly and were very helpful with our rental. When we needed to be changed to a nearby place better equipped for a storm, they handled it all very well and we really enjoyed working with the people at Ideal Property Solutions! We would love to work with them again."

"Had a few issues with stuff as far as the appliances being rusted and never changed such as the fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and toilet. When I asked for appliances to be changed to one’s that aren’t rusty, they told me to call the people who delivered it and take it up with them basically. The fridge and stove was not in home upon arrival but it was delivered within a month. The place also had pest problems (mice and roaches) in which the place only sent someone out 1 time to exterminate. I had to personally fix the pest problem myself. It was not cheap. Also, it was mold on some of the walls. Other than that, it was okay renting with them. They responded to me and answered the phone most times. The people working there are nice most of the time. Update: tried renting with them again despite all of the things that happened with the first rental. Did not get approved for anything. I’m giving 2 stars because the house is nice looking and some of the people working there are nice and actually tried to help with some things."
