"Staff was extremely unprofessional! The associate who rang me up was eating while checking me out as well as talking to her co worker about work drama. I said greeted her before the translation saying “hello how are you” and she completely ignored me. She did not once acknowledge me while checking me out. Not only did she not acknowledge me through the transaction she didn’t even try to apologize for this. Staff is extremely unprofessional and should be checked. Won’t be shopping here again !"

"Literally have a toddler and pregnant wife wait until 10:08 when the store is supposed to open at 10:00a. I guess the toddler pushed the doorbell while waiting. After 5 minutes someone comes to open the door and says to my wife don’t push my bell. This is exactly why retail stores are dying. I would much rather pay retail on order online then deal with this time suck. The wife had to do an exchange for a gift otherwise I would have said leave it. As a retailer, you have to be inviting and want people to return. The service has to great. Otherwise, I’m going for convenience 9/10 times."

"I recently visited Ross, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The store was incredibly dirty and unorganized. Product shelves were often empty and what products were there, were just thrown around without any care. I found myself putting back the items I had initially picked up because everything I touched seemed dirty or already open. One of the hair products I picked up looked like it had already been used, which was very unhygienic. I've visited this store on several occasions over the past 10 years, and I've never been impressed. The store is always filthy, with no signs of improvement or organization. It's frustrating to see products I would like to purchase, but then have to put them back because they are either damaged or in such poor condition that it's not worth the purchase. Overall, I would not recommend Ross. It's disappointing to see a store that has so much potential to be a great shopping experience, be so poorly maintained. The disorganization, emptiness of shelves and dirty products leave much to be desired. A low 2-star rating is all I can give based on my experience."

"Mostly all the shelves are empty... Not too many clothes or anything to choose from... Only one cashier... Which means long wait in line..... They have nothing for teen boys.. no jeans... No school uniforms out yet... Not much of a little girls section..... This store was a disappointment... Wouldn't recommend"
