"Michael's is definitely more crafting and not sewing... which I knew, but I guess I forgot. Depending on your crafting interests and relative popularity these days, selection can be limited i.e. cross stitching supplies. I went in for 8 simple frames to decorate a wall - bought all they had and had to order 2 online. One of them arrived damaged, so I went back 2 weeks later and they hadn't restocked the frames, so I had to get a refund and go to another store 30 minutes away to complete my project."

"Clean, organized, & professional, friendly employees. The other day, I received the wrong item in a pickup order. The woman at the counter handled it very well. She was friendly, professional, & apologetic. She made exchanging the item a breeze! The displays are always beautiful & the prices are organized & clearI only wish the store was bigger so they could carry more items."
