"So they completely obliterated the plus size section upstairs. Like the section was already small enough but now they basically took the whole section away with a few plus size clothes mixed in. Definitively no longer size inclusive."

"Fast Fashion. I usually find a few bargains in the clearance section upstairs, but it's always such a messy chore as the racks are SO tightly packed. It seems like they could make better use of the space upstairs. The check-out line was wrapped around the store and you could see that there was at least 6-7 employees running around, but only 1 at the register. It took a good 45 mins for me to check out. Bring your patience."

"Never had a problem with this location actually love the clothes here until my experience with customer service today. I was waiting in line and was the next customer up. As I went and stood at the register… the cashier a young black male with braids called for another cashier to come to the front. He went and got clothes from off to the side put them on the register and then had two customers behind me come to the the counter. The customer behind me proceeded to put her clothes on the counter where I was standing with my bag I had to exchange an item. I asked the cashier are you going to help me he said yes. Then one another cashier approached he said oh she’ll help you to avoid helping me and taking the customer that was behind me in line. They both were laughing. I never make reviews hardly ever care but the service I experienced today was AWFUL! Bad bad service!!!!!"

"Placed an order on 12/19/21to have order shipped to my home. Today is 12/23 @ 820pm. I have not received any texts/emails from forever21 regarding my order/xmas gifts. Looked up my acct and the order indicated on one page that it was being shipped to me, on the detail page it indicated ship to Christiana mall (okay!). Contacted customer service, never received an answer as to WHY no one contacted me about my shipment….let’s just dance around the question. End resolution from customer service was to place another order! REALLY……today is the 23rd Xmas in less than 2 days now. Took a lot to hold back my true response to FOREVER-YOU SUCK- 21."
