"Awesome job as always. Had a major project framed with irreplaceable Phish memorabilia (autographed sheet music from studio session and an autographed Simpsons animation cell from when Phish was on the show)"
"The customer service at this store is beyond awful. I couldnt believe the level of poor customer service, the gentleman that was stocking ignored my husband and I when asking a question. And worse of all was an employee by the name Melanie she completely and totally intentionally ignored me while at the checkout station. I had intended to pay cash for my items but was unable to because she just stood there. But was extremely well pleased in serving the woman behind me. I am appalled ! At this behavior I was visiting this store for the first time and can honestly say I won’t again and don’t recommend it."
"I’ve had a few experiences where the pricing signs have not been up to date, but the staff has been friendly honoring the prices whenever I have this issue. Product availability is sometimes spotty. It really bothers me that the online deals cannot be used in store. For example, sometimes they have XX% off an online pickup order, but they don’t honor the discount in store. So that means someone has to do the work of picking and bagging my order, which is more work for Michaels, versus allowing me to use the discount when picking up the item myself and doing self checkout. Makes no sense."
"Very nice Christmas decor. They are still at 50% off. While Joanne's Fabric and Crafts is at 70 percent. But it depends on what you're looking for in decor. Overall, Michael's had some very nice pieces. The one drawback of the stores today is that they want you to check yourself out. There should be an extra discount on your purchases. There is a lack of staff working if you need help. It's almost easier to shop from some of the bigger retailers online. But they had very nice items."
"Found the sale signs very confusing, one would say a certain percent off and then another sign wouldn't say anything about the sale and would have a price, making me think that was the regular retail price, but it wasn't, it was the sale price. When you get to the front of the store, they asked you cash or credit? If you were paying credit, they shoved you at a machine that was not very user-friendly and expect you to check yourself out. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit."
