"Spent hundreds of dollars here. Brought a shirt the arm length was too long. Took it back with my receipt just to exchange the shirt and get one that would fit, never wore the shirt. They refused to let me exchange it. They will never get another cent from me. The bad thing is the shirt was not quality material they charged me $47 for the shirt at the moment I was desperate had an occasion the next morning and yet here we are."

"Horrible!! Very bad customer service! They told my husband his suit would be ready with the alteration on Sunday afternoon. When he went to pick it up and brought it home no alterations were done and the suit was wrinkled. They told him to bring it back and it would be done before 5 pm the same day.. They told him that they close at 7pm. He told them he would be back to get it at 6. He got there at 545 pm and they were closed!! He already made them aware that he was going out of town and needed the suit prior to leaving. They assured him it would be ready to go. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and actually we have because this is the second time this has happened! Very bad customer service!!!!"

"One of the worst place to get a suit. Poor customer service. They lied to me that they will do any alterations to the suit. And also charger me twice to do the same alteration. Such a big liar. I have an alteration pic."

"If you remember "Jean West" from back in the day.. lol Look it up and this is the better upscale version of it, it's not expensive nor cheap either and the fabrics...omg!! Want to quick style and look more than your car... this is the place!! I'm all over this ... now Company!! Check it out... it's more than classy "O'G's" put me on for that "I'm 47 looking like 37 with that 57 style look..."
