"The lack of professionalism among the staff is not reassuring especially as parents and family members and citizens who are counting on these paraprofessionals to rehabilitate young minds into being good citizens upon reentering the community. There is a lack of communication among the staff, case managers tell blatant lies to families and friends and there is failure to make accommodations for their own mistakes. How can we expect anything of the kids if the adults cannot display positive behavioral roles. I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience the lack of policy, procedures and professionalism."
