"I decided to remove my grandson from this pre-school (Millsboro location) due to behavioral issues. I was told by staff that maybe it was because he hadn't been around many children before.Maybe the behavior came from the school. I made a point to say I NO longer wanted him attending the school .I was never questioned why I was removing him by any staff. I then proceeded to contact the owner at noon who said she was busy and would call me back by 2 p.m. I patiently waited till 30 minutes before closing time and called back and left a message on her voicemail that I expected a call back by the end of the day. After not receiving a return call, (this was on Friday so I did not disturb the owner over the weekend) on Monday I sent a text message followed by a phone call (that went to voicemail) ..Thursday we went to pick up my grandson's personal items and other than a few classmates ,NO staff asked how he was , why he left , where he was NOTHING, as of today's date I've yet to hear from the owner or any staff."
