"Tysha and Charlotte are the BEST!!! Very patient and very knowledgable. Thanks ladies!! Dorothy the manager is not as patient. During my visits, she was very rude and continued to call on the salesperson, as if the salesperson was in error. Today, I finally decided to make the purchase and Dorothy continued to call on Tysha, who was taking time to make sure that I understood exactly what I was signing on the purchase agreement. I had a ton of questions. If it were not for Tysha and Charlotte, today, I would have never returned nor would I return to have to deal with Dorothy. I feel sorry for the staff at this location. Dorothy is something else!!!"

"I bought a set that cost a total of $3,200. I had it delivered, signed off for no damage (to the furniture)on the paper. The delivery guys shut the screen door when they finished, so I had no idea that they had pulled the frame of the screen door apart when bringing in the furniture. As soon as I discovered it, I called the storeit took over a week and 3 employees (one was the manager) before I heard anything from regional office. After almost 3 weeks of this, they then decided because I signed saying that the furniture had no damage, they weren't responsible for the damage to my screen door. And will not respond or refund my money for it all"
