"Kindercare at Brookhaven has helped me tremendously over the last 3years ..ms. Dawn and ms Jen are great classroom teachers along with ms Jada ms Robin ( cooks the best food) ms Toni, they all picth in and provide great support and supervision for my children.. Mr Aaron is a good one too. Ms Crystal is an awesome director she deserves to give herself and her staff a raise for all the hard moments they had over the years after all they do provide care to our children and maybe less call outs."

"We had our kid here for about 6 months. We liked the teachers, but they constantly have staffing issues. They often had to close early or open late or not open at all due to the staffing issues. Our kid was often sent home for reasons that seemed bad faith for the purpose of reducing the number of kids at the center. We now have our kid at a daycare that has never had staffing issues and is totally reliable. Though the teachers and staff really care about the kids, it seems like the corporate leadership only cares about profit margins."

"My child has some great teachers and the curriculum has been so good for him. I am not as pleased with the amount of closures, but understand the shortage of staff in this post-covid world."

"Horrible. No communication as a parent and staff. They wanted me to make payments on my account but I don’t know what I was supposed to pay and then want to charge me late fees at the same time. The area manager was no help along with the corporate office. When I was staff, I asked for clearances that I paid for and I received no response from them! I would never step foot in a Kindercare ever! I will not send my child there(Brookhaven location). It is unorganized and the director seems to never have time to anyone."

The staff is engaging and caring, and Mr. Jarrett has done a fabulous job as director. We know that when we send our daughter there for the day, she will be safe and cared for, plus have lots of fun."
