We took it back to A Touch Of Class and they did repair it again. However, no mention of returning or replacing. Only tried to sell us something more. Prices change constantly. I was so disappointed! This was a gift for my husbands 60th birthday. The gentleman immediately went to work on our repair. But the woman only made it clear that she would do nothing but try to sell us a more expensive chain that would last longer. I expected the chain I bought to last! I’ll never go there again!"
