The Goddard School of Chadds Ford

"This particular Goddard school was extremely difficult to work with regarding the owner and their Director. We toured this school in November and met with the Director who verbally told us that they offer both full time and part time for our soon to be infant. My husband and I were very interested as we needed part time only. I followed up via email a month later wanting to proceed. Weeks went by and I followed up again. Finally the Director responded for the infant program with part time and full time prices in writing. I asked what was needed to secure a spot. Again, weeks later, we got the price for the deposit. My husband went to drop off the money to be then told they don’t do part time. Instead of admitting fault, they kept coming up with excuses. Instead of working with us, the owner told me they don’t even have room for our baby anymore and would have to check. The level of unprofessionalism was wild. I’m still waiting to see what room they have. Dont bother, we chose a completely different school that has competence in management."

"The Goddard School of Chadds Ford has done an amazing job. Our daughter has been there since the spring of '21, and it has been an incredible experience thus far. She loves going to school, and we love seeing all the photos of her throughout the day via their Tadpoles app. During her time there, she has grown by leaps and bounds, and we are so grateful for her wonderful teachers, especially Miss Meghan and Miss Bree. We've been so impressed that we plan on sending our son to the Goddard School in the hopefully near future!"

"We looked at several daycare centers in the area, and in the city of Philadelphia - nothing compared. We feel so comfortable leaving our baby (infant) at the school - with truly caring and loving professionals. They not only care for her - but really teach her new things, supporting her in all aspects of development. The classroom is clean and well organized, and they adhere to all regulations ensuring our baby's safety and security. I would recommend the Goddard School in Chadds Ford to anyone - the professional in the infant room are particularly wonderful! Update: My daughter continues to attend Goddard (she's 4 now)! She has learned so much, and we are still very pleased with the staff, teachers and overall experience!!"

"My daughter has been going to the Goddard School since she was 3 months old.We interviewed several daycare/schools prior to making a decision. We found the owner Stephanie to be warm and caring. She loves children and it shows. My daughter is nearly 3 years old now and our experience continues to be exceptional. She is learning so much it's amazing. We know that she is safe and well cared for when we leave her there. Everyone there is great from the administrative staff to the teachers to the teachers' aides. We couldn't be happier. We plan for her to be there through Kindergarten."
