"This woman sold me a broken ps4 and tried to give me a broken controller but we caught that before I left the store.got home realized it didn't work. I called her and she told me to come back and she would exchange it.i get there and she tries to say the serial numbers don't match.she calls her boss and all is fine but she keeps insisting that the numbers don't even come close to matching and suggest that she checked and when I said that it was some sort of mistake on their end they decide to refuse to exchange or refund my money and threatened me with the cops. They even refused to give me back my receipt. i suggest no one go there.if noone reaches out to fix this I will be taking legal action. Never have ihad aware experience."
