"What a SPECTACULAR experience. Mia, Joe and staff keep a tight ship and seem to all have a tight knit, family like relationship with each other. We hung out well past closing time and it almost felt as if they didn’t want us to leave. We are so glad to have experienced Primal in the offseason where we were able to enjoy an intimate dining experience and have great conversations with the folks. Now to the service. Our waiter quickly picked up that we were hard core foodies and went out of his way to make sure we got to experience all of the highlights of Mia’s razor sharp, brilliantly refined menu. They went above and beyond to round out our meal with a delicious complimentary salad, sauce trio, house made bread, etc etc. The food we were served knocked our socks off. Chef Joe cooked our porterhouse to an impeccable rare just like we asked. The appetizers were booming with creativity- but done at such a high level that you won’t want to believe you haven’t been putting these flavors together forever. I could elaborate about every aspect for days. An unforgettable experience thanks to a knowledgeable, personable staff that are pure in intention for making sure you see all that they have to offer. In sum, we feel that everyone needs to know about this- and we can’t wait to come back."

"My wife and I dined at Primal last Saturday Night. We had been there several times before. The place never disappoints. We had another fantastic meal. Anna our server was very attentive throughout our meal. My wife had the crab cake and I had the dry aged ribeye. Both were so delicious. We shrimp had cocktail as an appetizer. The shrimp were huge and very tasteful. The homemade bread, salad and dessert are complimentary. Reservations are taken 9 days out and are highly recommended. Pics follow.
