"I tried to do an on-line return in the store today. Normally I get excellent customer service but, today was different. The employees were talking to themselves and acting like my husband and I weren’t standing directly in front of them. My husband is 6’6 very hard to miss. One girl even repeated back to me what I said wrong. Because they weren’t listening to me. The other lady with grey hair told me incorrectly what was added back to my Visa card. She has 0 customer service people skills. I won’t be back until she is gone. I really hope she isn’t a manager. What happened to the old staff? They were wonderful!"

"Torrid is an excellent store for plus size women you can find a lot of items if not in store than online also the employees are great in helping you find what you need"

"I feel like every time I go the customer service is getting worse and worse. Yesterday I was in there with my mom and spending a lot of money and they were rude and made me feel like any questions I had were a bother. Excited that the Christiana one is open so I don’t have to go here again"

"Customer service has been on the lower end lately. On my most recent visit one of the workers seemed to have brought her kids to work with her causing a huge distraction. Only one person ringing (with 4 people waiting in line) while the other 2 associates were focused on the kids. Wouldn't be suprised if the store was robbed blind while they were all taking turns watching her kids instead of providing any kind of customer service."
