Hobby Lobby

"Attempted to return items damaged in shipping. Brought items in with the original shipping box, packing slip, and associated packaging. Apparently, it's a store policy not to accept items damaged in shipping. However, instead of explaining this to me, the manager, on January 12, decided to talk to me like a dog. She basically berated me for not knowing the store policy. Just to clarify, I only ever spoke to the cashier. All I said was, "I would like to return these items that were damaged in shipping." No Karen acntics here to be spoken to like a dog from a retail manager. She later attempted to save face by being nice to my wife in checkout. Trying to be overly friendly and "helpful.""
