"Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Took my watch in for a battery. They broke my watch and came out and accused me of breaking it. I said I didn’t break it and then I was accused of “attacking” the woman behind the counter. They agreed to send it out to be fixed and I got it back 2 weeks later in the same condition it was when I left it with them. Still broken. It was probably never sent out. So basically I was accused of bringing a broken watch in then called a liar. Then told I was attacking staff and then received my broken watch (which they broke) still broken. Horrible horrible horrible. Wish I could leave negative stars."

"I worked with Dave on redesigning my old engagement ring. He was able to create the ring from pictures I had found online. I found him very collaborative, and I am very happy with the result - the ring turned out absolutely gorgeous! The price was reasonable, and Dave delivered in the time frame that we had agreed on."

"I wish I had read reviews before coming in here. I walked in looking for a wedding band but needed to get my ring finger sized since I knew it was a bit over a size 15. I barely got my ring finger sized and did it myself after having to argue with the woman behind the counter (she had a wrap around her hand) that I’m there for a ring sizing and not to have jewelry repaired. The other associate had to advise her that I was trying to have my finger sized to which the women caught the largest attitude, pulled out the sizer and dropped it in front of me to use. Once I had my size she didn’t even attempt to help me find a ring and the whole time had this attitude towards me that I’m too well used to being a black man. I will never return or purchase from here because this all took place in the first ten minutes there. Terrible people and from other reviews you are better off going elsewhere"

"Won't ever get business done here. My husband and I visited here this morning and was highly disappointed. The woman there treated us like we were not welcome at all. My husband had several watches that he wanted repaired. For one the woman told him that they were not accepting repairs until January but another man came in right after with his watch and they took his for repair. This was our first time their as well as the other gentlemen we found out. I soon realized that we were profiled because of the color of our skin. She looked at my husband and I as if we didn't belong in their store. I should have read the reviews before going. I realized that many other people of color shared the same experience. My husband is a retired Navy officer. He has served his country with love and no complaints and to be treated with such disrespect is shameful. We will gladly take our business elsewhere and I will spread the word to not do business here."
