I saw a paddle I had to have so I called Walk on Water immediately. I was so fortunate to have KJ answer the phone. She helped me purchase the paddle over the phone and afterwards, sent me a video of it. I then decided that I couldn’t have the paddle without a board so I texted KJ back and she helped me pick the right board for me. I could not be happier! "KJ was great! Very knowledgeable and outgoing. She took the time to come in and open up the shop on a day that they where closed. After we picked out our boards she went out of her way to make sure everything was setup correctly with the leashes and fins and even helped make sure the boards were loaded securely on the truck.
