"Store is incredibly crowded, there's not much space to move around the merchandise. The staff have a tendency to be rude. I have also later found out that they lie through omission about their cheapest services of piercing. Many of their items are overpriced and gaudy and I find their sales tactics to be predatory. I have also found out that workers are forced to pierce ears with little practice soon after being hired. Who knows, your ear just might be their first."

"Went into the store and the one employee that was in there was visiting with a friend the whole time. After the friend left she was on her phone for the remainder of my visit. She was loud and cursing. When i asked for help she placed her phone down, but turned it on speaker and i could hear the other person talking. She didnt know how to work an item in the store that i was asking for help with. She then told me to figure it out and let her know. She was friendly i suppose. Just not very attentive and very unprofessional. I would not come back here."
