"Two weeks ago I made an appointment as first time client and scheduled 2 week refill since I already had volume lash extensions. Shortly after I received a cancellation text from Haya without even offering to reschedule for a full volume. I offered if I could make that appointment full volume and she was accommodating. Unfortunately I had to rechedule my full volume twice due to my work schedule and I cannot say anything wrong about her flexibility. Where I have a major issue is today on the day of the full volume appointment which was at 11:30, I texted her at 10:50 letting her know the amount of traffic from PA to DE and that I would be 15 min late. She informed me that 10 minutes would have $10 extra change and anything beyond would have to be cancelled. I was already driving for 30 minutes and really wouldn’t prefer to cancel. I asked if altering the appointment from full volume to hybrid could reduce the time which would permit us to have the appointment. She informed me that ALL her appointments take 2:30 hours and she would have to charge me 50% of her usual fe. I have even no problem with the dollar amount she already charged, where I have an issue is her poor customer service. She wouldn’t even call, or try to find a way to reschedule it. Her last text reads as: “it was a last minute cancellation on your end 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, so I followed with my policy. If you would like to book an appointment you can go ahead and do so on my website, but I cannot keep rescheduling you myself. If she texts her client back 20 minutes after initial text, of course it would seem like I’m canceling 5 min before the appointment. I wouldn’t want to work with someone that talks down to customers and have no understanding."

"The service I received was " eye lash extensions". I really love how they turned out. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. I love the decor. She made sure everything was properly sterilized and clean. I actually dozed off I was so comfortable. I got a lot of compliments on them as well. I will definitely be going back again soon!!"
