"I went in there looking at men’s belts and this one lady who worked there treated me amazing even thought I didn’t buy anything and she didn’t give me weird looks like if I was gonna rob anything. I will be coming back eventually to buy the belt I like amazing customer service"

"I bought a purse online and they said I could take it back to the store. I took the purse back and they wouldn’t accept it because the filling wasn’t inside. The staff was extremely unpleasant - specifically John Vasallo. I am obsessed with Michael Kors but I will never go to this store again. Had an absolute terrible experience. They should really consider hiring people who don’t expect a paycheck by being rude to their clientele."

"Terrible service. Asked for the price of an item, the girl said she would help me in a moment and instead proceeded to gossip with other staff members. She talked about how much she hated when who knows who went to the store and said it was her free day to be a bad person to everyone. Horrible horrible. By the way she never ever got back to me or helped me at all. Not coming back until they have better customer service."

"it was cool just went in to look but either the staff was trying to be really helpful or trying to see if i was stealing from them. Since i was not quite sure i just pushed the feeling aside and checked out the purses they where nice but not my style."
