Beach Detailing

"I called to have my van detailed after a weekend with my grandkids. Meals in the car, a rainy weekend and me spilling a full large drink in the car took a toll. They scheduled me quickly and were polite, punctual and thorough. My Kia van never looked better. It shined like brand new and the inside looked like no one had ever even sat in it. The stain on my carpet, gone. Everything was bright and clean and just looked terrific. I had a few cloudy marks in my paint on the exterior and they are gone and have not come back like they do with a normal wash. I will be using them from now on. Don’t hesitate. Give them a call."

"One of their team members came to the house today to detail my 2013 Toyota Avalon. I'll give them a B- for the quality of work, though part of that is likely my fault. Issue 1 was the extra charges for work above and beyond the scope. The technician explained that there were some dots of road tar on the car that he could try to remove for an extra charge. I agreed that he do the work without asking what the extra charges were. The extra work added $75 to the cost of the job. Problem 2 was that the "detail" cleaning missed a bunch of details. There was still dirt and crumbs between the driver's seat and the console; when you opened the trunk there was still dirt and debris in the channel that diverts water from getting in the trunk. The area had been cleaned, but not thoroughly cleaned, which I thought was the definition of detailing. In the end, I paid and released the technician without doing a white-glove inspection of his work. He was already packed ready to roll, so I let him get going. So.... will I use this group again? Probably. But I will be very careful to ask what extra charges entail, and I will FULLY inspect the work before they leave. If I am paying $200 (with extra charges) I expect a truly detail cleaned vehicle."

"bill came to my boat. he said he could wash and buff boat for his fee. he did a test spot for me. the spot looked great but when he was finished well you be the judge first pick is test spot he sold me on. second pic is what he said was best he could do. if he could get the boat like the test spot he should have bean honest with me."
