"Total and complete rip off. Emergency AC service. Guy said 2 boards were shot and charged $2100. He left after tinkering with wires for 3 hours and said it was working. Turns out it was blowing hot air. We didn’t sleep. This company has changed and they try to bleed you for $. Sherman came this morning and fixed it in 30 min for $300. Wondered why the guy never checked the unit outside and went straight to the boards. He said it’s a common and easy fix for these Trane units- a basic sensor. Do not use this company! They have changed forever!!! I’d give them negative stars if I could. Use Sherman!"

"Called at 2pm on a hot Monday afternoon for an AC compressor no kicking on. Was told they would get someone right out. I did not think they meant 20 minutes later my doorbell would ring and 10 minutes after that the damaged part was properly assessed and replaced for a reasonable price. I previously used another local company, but Service Today will have my business moving forward based on this experience. AC up and running like nothing happened. From the time I found the issue to the time repaired, I lost three whole degrees in my house. Great Service!"
