It was my boyfriend's birthday and he tried Mr. Tire, 3 Firestones, Pepboys and Gils and could not get anyone to fix the valve on his tire on a Sunday morning except Laurel tires. They were so willing, professional and nice. They stopped what they were doing, fixed the tires in 10 minutes and charged a reasonable price. We cannot say enough good things about this company."

"Read this before first!!!!!! I bought a used tire from them the first time they were very pleasant fast but unorganized where they put their tools and the used tire had about 3 quarters of tread on it consider $40.00 mounted and balanced it wasn’t a bad deal at all! Second time I come out they gave me a tire that looked really nice I think they cleaned or shined it up because it was very new looking. After I got home I took a look at it I realized it was low on air so I put air in it then it got low again. While I was putting air in the tire I noticed the tread only had about a quarter tread left. So I called to let them know that the tire they gave me was not holding air and also the tread was very low and actually bald in a few spots. He tells me there’s nothing he can do about it. If it held air while I left the lot there, then it was a good tire. I tried to explain that tires do have slow leaks and considering I live in Millsboro and by the time I get home it’s flat and I could of gotten in an accident because the tread on the tire was so unsafe for any road condition! And on top of that I had my girlfriend and my 7 year old daughter in the back seat of the car which Could of gotten hurt very bad if I have gotten into an accident because of how unsafe of a tire he sold and put on my car just to make a few dollars!!!!!!To make a long story short, I would not recommend this service to anybody!!!!oh and to just to let everybody know, I went to another used tire salesman down the street and explained what had happened and because he was such a good person and had a daughter as well and couldn’t imagine what could of happened if we would have gotten into an accident over a few dollars for a used tire, so he gave us an almost brand new tire for free!!!!"
