"Extremely slow, long wait for a burger that needs to be reheated by the time you get it. You end up eating that burger in frustration and with every dry and cold bite, you realize that you could have made a better one with what you have at home. If you're wondering why they have you pull up and park by the door to wait for your food after you paid, it's because they have a timer. This timer begins once you pull up towards the window and stops once you move away (indicating you've been served), the intention of the timer is for you to get your food in a timely manner but instead of improving the service, they just manipulate the timer to deceive the data it's ment to collect. They also manipulate this by not taking your order until they remove the car thats paying at the window. So until that car moves, they are not worried about taking your order. You need to wait, they have a timer they need to deceive. They are capable of getting it done in the proper time, if they use the training provided to them, but why do that? That means being efficient, that's too much work, efficient means happy customers, happy customers mean repeat customers. That creates a good reputation and a good reputation brings more people. No! Not doing that. Let's keep it slow and cold."
"Awful! Either get more help at that location or close it down! Went there around 645pm on a Sat. night & we waited sooo long to order than soooo long to get our food. Then the food was cold & made wrong, No straws no napkins. Asked for extra ketchup for the fries & got none!! Ridiculous! Nothing like spending 35 bucks to feed 3 people & then having one of the worst dinners everrrr! Oh btw your nacho chicken sandwich is GROSSSSSSSS. Take it off the menu!!"
"Their customer service is horrible, I ordered food thru the drive thru. The person who charged me had an attitude, didn’t give me a receipt or asked if I wanted my change. He just didn’t give it to me. When he handed me my food basically threw it in my hands and closed the window very rude honestly. There is something always wrong with this location they are either always slow and forget to give you stuff or just have a nasty attitude face."
