McDonald's 429 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield, MA 01089

"The food is what you would expect from a McDonald's. However, a member of our party has a severe allergy to peanuts, tree nuts, and peanut oil. While thankfully there was a sighn informing us that that individual would not be able to eat a portion of the menu; the employee that we asked prior to finding the sighn informed us that there would be no risk to our member. While I wholeheartedly understand wanting to give an answer, I still feel that a manager should of been asked if they were not sure as if we hadn't found a sighn while ordering at the kiosk that could of requires the child have effernefrim wich could be damaging at his age. I don't think this is out of a malice, but I do think it's important to still rate based on this potentially dangerous service. The speed of service for the food to the counter was very quick, but it was hard to get an individual to respond to us when we were asking about the peanuts and their seemed to be a language barrier with the POS individual. I do not count that against the restraunt as there is no legally dedicated language in the USA. I do feel it should be pointed out in an honest review so that others know they may have a slightly longer time to service as no fault of the counter position if it's needed. Overall, outside of situations such as my groups, I think this mcdonalds would be closer to a model store on the front end with a clean lobby, tables, and bathrooms."

"This place should close they have more employees then customers I went there at 11AM to use my points for my free sandwich it kept saying not available during breakfast the 3 people that didn't speak barely any English was extremely rude they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to uninstall my app and try again funny how that works bc my app worked fine when I got home and l only live across the street I suggest not going there only one person speaks English the manager was the worse out of all 3 people that talked to me...SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NO ONE GOES THERE ANYWAY"

"Trash location.. I had a mobile order and they too slow. I waited behind 2 cars but it took forever. Instead of moving cars to the front to push the line through they let them wait and back us up. They don’t wanna get wet by the rain. Ghetto and unprofessional. I’m disgusted. I will be disputing transaction with my bank. The shift needs to be fired. Sunday 09/24/2023 3pm shift needs to be replaced including manager."

"I’m a regular customer & I go there to buy Mc chicken every single day for my son but today one of the black guy employee was rude with me without any reason & last time one of the Hispanic lady employee was rude as well. They said that I can’t use points & reward at the same time. I said that I use every time & can use it. If it’s not allowed, it’s fine. These people don’t have ideas or don’t want to give to use both but most of them are good employees. I’m not asking free to give me but I’m using my right as McDonald has given us. These kinds of employees most be fired or give lessons to be nice with customers. Otherwise, nobody likes to buy from this McDonald.I wanna hear something from Manager from this McDonald. Thanks"

"By far worst service from McDonald's i've seen in awhile. Been stopping here each morning for 2 weeks and guy won't stop interrupting us when we're trying to order. Tonight we were parked. We asked for condiments when ordering, again when parked. Food came nothing. Asked lady if we can get some, she says "Yeah I guess". Waited and nothing. Finally had to go inside to get it after 3 times asking. Parking lot always a mess. Wendy's will get our $50 a day business starting tomorrow."
