"This is the perfect place to go if you want poor service and to be lied to. After arriving back home, I noticed oil on my driveway. Upon investigation, I could see oil covering the underside of my car, and on top of that, they left the socket on the oil filter. I don't know how this could happen, considering they do call-outs to verify everything is in order. After discovering this, I contacted the number listed on the receipt and was transferred to the manager at the location. As expected, she asked me to return to correct the issue and was told I would be refunded. This is when the fun starts. The manager left just before I arrived, so I had to deal with another female there. She tried to tell me that the manager had not informed her of this and offered me an oil change voucher for my next service, which I declined. At some point, because I refused this voucher, she contacted corporate and came back to tell me that the manager did not offer me a refund and actually offered to have my vehicle towed in, which is a complete LIE. She proceeded to tell me that the conversation was recorded, so of course, I asked to hear the recording because, at this point, they were calling me a LIAR. While all this was going on, they magically got the manager on the phone and she went on to tell me what she said, which was not actually what she said. Steer clear of this place. They clearly have issues with the staff doing the work, as well as the management trying to cover their butts because of the mistake as well as the lying to try and cover it up. Edit: I've spoken to Tabitha, who works with customer service, and a refund is being issued. Also, KEEP in mind that the people in the garage at Valvoline can put notes on your account, which is also viewable by customer service. Tabitha told me explicitly that my initial complaint over the phone with the manager was NOT noted on my account."

"I called to get some information and Kristen answered the phone, she was just wonderful, great attitude, wanted to help, informative, and genuinely seemed to like the job. Love that! Will be my new place to get oil changes!!!"

"Quick professional and friendly I'm pleased. The only thing I can think of to improve is when we pulled up all bays were full so I picked one to cue in front of and then 2 other customers pulled in at the other bays and it would have been nice to be directed to the one closest to being completed."

"Randelle has been so nice both times that I have been here. She seams new, but is always so friendly. I’ve witnessed her ask her coworkers questions and they are short with her. I understand that this is a fast paced environment but when it comes to training they need to be patient and helpful. If there is a mistake because they don’t assist her it could be potentially dangerous. Overall not always pleased with the majority of the customer service, but she is lovely."

"On first view, it looked busy with a long wait time! But..it wasn't! The crew member directing cars was pleasant, efficient, orderly, and organized. Before you knew it, you were inside the garage and never had to leave your vehicle! This was my first visit to any Valvoline. The process was admirable. The staff was very professional and friendly! I was able to use an online coupon! I left feeling they had done an excellent job and exercised double checks built into their process and system!"
