"Office workers at the Dover location are extremely friendly and courteous. Technicians appear to come and go which I believe is due to the area's poor training at schools. Pricing is increasing which may force me to look for an alternative location."

"I loathe having my vehicle fixed because I always feel like I'm getting the run-around. Not here! Patriot Auto was fantastic. They gave me all the information about my vehicle, not just what I came in to have serviced. I was working through my extended warranty coverage and they provided me with context and they were transparent with their pricing, line item by line item. Helen was amazing to work with - things were completed when she promised and she stayed in contact with me whenever there were changes or discoveries. Overall, I'd recommend this shop to everyone. We won't go anywhere else for repairs."

"Not sure if this place is under new management. Never had issues in the past but recently multiple. Not the place to go to for any car issues let alone an oil change and if the check engine light is on they’ll recommend everything they can expect how to fix it. If they were straight forward with the repair and cost it would save time and headaches. The two stars are because the lady that handles the phones and up front is polite."
