"The building is not a proper Tesla standard. Very very bare bones. Depressing. Staff is polite. They complete the job quickly. Needs more staff for repairs and loaner cars. No body shop. For the only shop in Delaware a proper remodel and shop is needed to make customers feel special."

"So now Tesla punishes the people that spend $80,000 on their car if they drive with one hand with autosteer. Pretty much every person on the planet drives with one hand. The only time you drive with two hands is when you’re going to try to pass your drivers test. Should we assume that you’re gonna take away our blinkers next if we want to turn left, but decide to go straight? promised us… And now we’re taking away."

"Customer service is definitely not Tesla’s strong point. I made accommodations to be home for my service and was understanding when the technician fell ill. You would think Tesla would do something for the inconvenience and arrangements that were made, but instead they got snarky and gaslighted me making me feel like I’m the problem. In any event, I scheduled my service elsewhere at an independent tire shop. Though it will be sometime before I need a new car and maybe I’m just upset with how I was treated, I think I’ll go with another EV. I paid a lot of money just to have the Tesla representatives be rude to me for simply asking to be accommodated for my inconvenience. Very disappointed in you, Tesla."

"Service was great. Tire Alignment, warning light, new wiper blades. They took my car at the scheduled hour. Gave a timeline for completion and I went to catch a matinee. They let you know in the Tesla App at what stage of work your car is and send a notification when the work's complete. Rather painless"
