"Repair was a leaking water pipe in the crawlspace. The plumber and his assistant arrived on time. They were courteous, and did excellent 5-star work. BUT...the billing was ridiculously high. Beware. Charged for 2 and 1/2 hours plus parts at $150 per hour when 30 minutes of that time was spent allegedly going to Lowes for special cleaner for the pipe? Why wouldn't a plumber have the parts necessary to do the job? Another 25 minutes of that time was "waiting for the glue to dry" before turning the water back on. Maybe my fault for not questining earlier but I really needed a fix because our regular plumber had the nerve to retire without consulting us."
