"We have always used them for service. They make it very difficult to make an appointment. When we only get work schedules a week at a time - they are always full and hardly ever have availability for service. I call to try to make an appointment and they are booking several weeks out. I get that COVID has caused not being able to book as many appointments but also we can't afford to call put of work to bring in a car for service and because they no longer offer loaner cars to use during the day so we can still go to work. I have had to either put off getting the car service it needs or call out of work to come in and bring it in. We have utilized Hertrich Nissan for many many years but the convenience of the service department and the availability has gone way down . We used to be able to call and get a appointment within the next week or reschedule no problem. Now booking several weeks out and we can't control that jobs only put out work schedules one week at a time."
