"I came upon this amazing customer service by chance. I was about 45 minutes from home when I started hearing a thumping sound while driving. My tires were all inflated so I stopped by Jose Automotive to see if someone could check that all my lug nuts were on tightly. They were happy to look at my car even though it was 5pm on a Saturday and they were due to close at 6pm. The owner Jose, jumped in my car we took it for a test ride. He heard the sound too so he jacked up the car and checked all four tires. He removed a screw in the passenger side back tire. He offered to plug it. Before he proceeded, he tested it to see if there was a puncture by pouring water on the area and checking for bubbles. He said the plug wasn’t needed since there was no puncture. I wouldn’t have known the difference. He could ripped me off. He was honest and said you’re okay to drive. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. I couldn’t walk away without paying him for 30 minutes of his time, especially right before closing. I insisted on paying him. He accepted and I went on my way. I would highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a place that does thorough work and is honest! Gracious Jose!"

"Jose is an honest and straightforward mechanic. His rates are also pretty good. I had a check engine light, I called Firestone, Meinike, Pep boys and a bunch of other stores and everybody said they'd charge 100-150$ per hour to check what was wrong and even though they did free code scan, they said it wouldn't be helpful, so I'd have to pay that amount for their help with checking. Jose just ran a code scan free of cost and let me know I just needed to replace the gas cap and he didn't charge me anything."
