"Been waiting weeks for my refrigerator to be fixed. After 2 visits they closed the ticket. Refrigerator NOT fixed. Communicates via a TEXTNOW number. Total joke of a service provider."

"There has been nothing ASAP about this company called ASAP Solutions. Additionally, their communication methods thus far have been impersonal (no human interaction) and riddled with slow responses or none at all. Unfortunately, when I submitted a second request via LG they picked it up. It seems like, for the sake of meeting quotas, ASAP is making it appear they have appointment dates scheduled with LG customers when they really do not? LG would say they saw I had appt dates set up that really were not. I also expressed my dislike in ASAP telling me what date they would be out rather than asking or offering various dates that would mutually work for everyone. The date I was told was the date of a surgery. Let's not get into the delays and debacle behind getting a new date that I still don't have! I do not even want to deal with this company. "The young man Tony H. Was very professional & polite. His work was done in an efficient manner. His attitude was very good. I feel lucky to have had him come to our home & repair our appliance Thank you, Elizabeth Meadows. I forgot in my original praise about Tony H. To mention that he adjusted the left door of the refrigerator to close properly. It needed an adjustment for the the flap on that door to open & close. It put me at ease to know if anyone other than myself could open that door without me having to go behind them to make sure the flap was closed. Your company should be very grateful to have such an effective, kind, & professional person in their employ."

"Tony kept us posted about his arrival time, and resolved our refrigerator issue when he arrived at our home. Ours was a same day service, he got us in at the end of what appeared to be a busy schedule. He was great about taking the time to explain why the issue occurred and how to prevent it from happening again. Upfront and honest."

"Me and my family had the tech come out to fix our refrigerator. When he came out he checked only the compressor and said that was the problem and that the freezer should work in 3 hours. After 3 hours the freezer and the ice maker never came on. We tried to call the tech the very next day that the freezer and ice maker wasn’t working to which he never responded to and then 3 days later the whole refrigerator fried and almost caught the house on fire. Again we tried to call the company and the tech himself and not once did we hear a response until the 10th day when he decided he wanted to come out and make more money. Also instead of contacting LG themselves they were having us be the middle man and only when we sent a text saying that we were able to get in touch with LG did they want to work with us again. Don’t ever use this company they will take the money and run and leave you dry. These people were fully paid for the job by both LG and by us paying a service fee. Because of their incompetence we were able to contact LG and have them send out on of their techs for free and found out that the malfunction of the compressor is normally caused by a leak. This whole thing could have been prevented if the original tech knew what he was doing. Again DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY."
