"I went to urgent care because I was sick, turned out so was my car. Got in to go home, and my car wouldn’t start. Carlos happened to be walking by and my husband asked if he could jump start. He didn’t have cables but said he would be willing to come back with appropriate tools to help us if we couldn’t figure it out. About an hour later after we’ve had a friend try to jump start, then an actual jump from triple A, Carlos went and picked up a brand new battery for us, installed it, and was done within five minutes.
