"Called them this morning at 9 am and they had a plumber out before 11 am to fix my kitchen sink drain pipe (which had somehow fallen off overnight). The plumber, Sean, suggested a few options with different costs associated to make the repair and then did the repair very efficiently. He was so friendly, proficient and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean, or likely any of the plumbers associated with BF."

"I was taught if you have nothing nice to say about someone; don't say it at all! This I felt necessary to share for those thinking to hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I needed a plumber to replace my garbage disposal on a Sunday knowing full well a weekend service call would be more expensive ($129). Upon arrival, Charles pulled out his iPad for me to sign. He then looked to confirm I needed a new disposal and sat with me to review his BF Plan/Warranty offers. I called for a new garbage disposal not Warranty Package! In reviewing this fund of information on what their offering, he didn't replace my disposal unless I purchased his warranty for $765 including the $129 service call. This isn't running an honest business, it's taking advantage of the consumer. Shame on them."

"Chris was a very understanding and professional on the assessment and estimate appointment with us. He thoroughly went over all the options and discussed in detail the different options. We came to an agreement on the best course of action and scheduled our install for our new water heater. Amazing interaction. Chris was on time in the day of installation. Was very professional. He even refused to stop for lunch even at my insistence to do so. The final result is clean and I am very satisfied. (The area he had to work with limited the options if running the lines) He even helped me out and fixed my shotty job of replacing our washer hook up lines."
