"I always feel like they are doing me a favor when I'm shopping in this store. I want to feel like a valued customer. I wanted to try the smaller back strap grip. This was a high end piece. I told them I want to buy it, if it fits right. I was told no not on a new item. So I walked out. Then went to FREEDOM AMMO at 700 Crown Point Rd and spent several thousand dollars, because they are friendly and you feel like a valued customer and not a nuisance. I will not ever be returning to the Arsenal."
