"I have gone here several times to buy cigars and it’s always been good customer service. On this occasion though I was checking out to buy $120 worth of cigars and the woman with black hair and feather tattoo working says “I’m going to need to see some ID buddy” what a disrespectful and deplorable way to speak to a customer. Then once she scanned my ID and I have paid she then proceeds to say you didn’t look old enough. Really a shame because they actually have a decent selection of cigars but I will not be returning after this putrid experience."

"Nice people working there. My husband loves the humidor and I like picking out cigars for him there. I have no clue about cigars but the way it's set up, I can look around and check out the ones that look like ones he might enjoy. They also have good sales usually going on and they give military discounts on cigars."
