"Hands down the best sushi I have ever had. Sagami should be proud of their accomplishment. The rice is absolutely fantastic, perfectly prepared. The fish is fresh, superbly sliced and portioned. Their appetizers are, without a doubt, prepared in house by hand. Sagami could charge twice what they charge today and I would still recommend them without reservation."

"Let me start by saying I do not eat raw sushi but my husband said it's the best in South Jersey. I, however had tempura shrimp and soft shell crab roll which both were very good. The actual restaurant is very dark and ceilings are super low. The staff could be more friendly."

"This is my 5th time dining in this restaurant. As usual, excellent food. However, to my surprize, the restaurant was 100% full on the 27th after Christmas. Despite booking in advance, we had to wait for 10-15 min in line to get a table. Never happened before."

"I was visiting NJ for work and decided to stop by Sagami. I loved the hot green tea in this cold weather. I ordered Chirashi and Nasu Shiguyaki, and both dishes were delicious. I will be visiting again on a future trip."
