"A lot of fun! The food was excellent.presentation was lovely. It would be nice to do more to vary the actual plates by adding some color or different shapes to pair with the various dishes. I enjoyed watching the kitchen as students prepared the dishes under the supervision of the head chef/professor. The service was wonderful also. It was a great evening, delicious dining and a special experience."

"I am giving 5 stars because this is a student-run restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America. There are a few other restaurants on this campus, but I was told to try American Bounty Restaurant. The staff from walking in, waiters from appetizers through desserts are knowledgeable and courteous! Ordered their specials, for appetizers, we ordered tuna ceviche (special- newly introduced last night), butcher board (charcuterie to share but maybe for two people only), Their bread is also great for in between, but we only limited our selves to just a loaf. For main courses:Hudson Valley Trout, Seafood Stew, Duck. We had tea and desserts to close out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommended this place. I must say, reservation ahead is recommended . The bill includes 20% student surcharges."

"We enjoyed eating here. At the entrance, you will be greeted and have your coat put away. We had 3 course meal and they were all delicious!! I would definitely come back here"

"Service was excellent and food was phenomenal!! What I really enjoyed most was that the weight staff weren't overbearing asking us if we needed anything every 5 minutes they gave us privacy in space and I'm also glad the food didn't come out super fast and I gave us time to enjoy each course. The only thing I would say is that the decor is a little bit dated making the atmosphere a little less pleasing. As this was our first experience ever eating at one of the restaurants with the culinary, we had a wonderful time and definitely will return again and can't wait to try the other restaurants!"

"Our server Sam was charming , friendly and knowledgeable. In fact all the staff were polite and engaging . We were celebrating an anniversary so we received a special drink and dessert on happy anniversary plates. Chicken and mashed potatoes entree was very good. All desserts were delicious The only drawback was the noise level in the restaurant from other diners."
