"i do not recommend this store. They charge a service fee to use a debit or credit card and it does not appear on your receipt or when they ring you up. The sales person told me $45 and that's what my receipt says but I was charged more. Considering there is a coin shortage and people are being encouraged to use plastic this is bad business. When I called today they told me there is a sign which I don't recall seeing and when I told them they would not get any more of my business, the girl hung up on me."

"2019-03-20 at approximately 12 noon. Customer service person was not friendly. She was not helpful or engaging at all. Even though we questioned what was charged she seemed totally annoyed when we realized it was our mistake regarding the charges. Unfortunately this time of year there’s not much open for souvenirs. Would not shop here again."

"Horrible customer service. I gave them $30 dollars for a $25 shirt, but the lady intentially dropped it and said I only put down twenty five. She argued with me about how much money I put down and we then left the store. Totally unprofessional behavior. Also, prior to going into the store we tried to call the store multiple times, but they picked up and then hung up before we could say anything."
