"INITIAL 2-STAR REVIEW: I usually like this place. They have a pretty good selection of shoes. However when I went today with my daughter we stood in the children's shoes section for an extended period of time and no one offered to help us. I probably would have purchased shoes here today but since the service was so terrible, and by terrible I mean non-existent, I didn't spend any money here. Updated review: I went back and got excellent service from one of the older gentlemen who used to work at Small's. He provided really great service. I hope that he can pass along his attention to customer service to some of the younger staff."
