"I stopped in here to buy a chain checker before going to look at a bike on FB marketplace. I was surprised when Ben got on the computer and looked up the bike I was going to see and helped determine condition and value based on what he could tell. The time he spent and information he provided allowed me to assess the bike in question more thoroughly. Needless to say, it wasn’t in great condition and I ended up coming back to Trek Newark a couple weeks later to buy a bike from them. Newark is over an hour from my home but I chose to go here over my LBS because of the way Ben went above and beyond to make sure I got the right bike."
