"Decently stocked at very fair prices. Being a smaller shop at the rink they could easily raise prices for those “emergency” situations. Prices are the same or even better than Pure Hockey or other larger box stores. Staff is super helpful and friendly. My go-to shop."

"Skate sharpening is very poor here. After 1 hour on the ice, the edges were trashed. R&M said my 16-year-old must have stepped on a screw or something to ruin the edges. They do not stand by their work."

"Our family was in Delaware for a Bantam tournament at Patriot Ice Center over the Memorial Day weekend. We stopped by R&M Hockey Supply shop. To our surprise, we were pleasantly greeted by a bright, professional and friendly associate. We have been in many pro shops over the years and are normally never greeted, let alone approached with an offer to help. The associate, Ryan, spent a lot of time with us breaking down the mechanics of several sticks our son had been eyeing over the winter. We really had no intention of buying one, but after the incredible customer service we received, our choice to buy was easy. Ryan helped tape up the stick right on the spot and our son raced off to his game. Having grown up in Canada, we feel like we know a lot about hockey, but the products have certainly changed and we learned a lot from Ryan in this brief encounter. He also reminded us that if the product were to break in the first 30 days, the receipt is the warranty with the manufacturer - not the supply store. Great information - especially if you are just getting into the sport. The store was clean, obviously well maintained and well stocked. It was an extremely busy tournament weekend and the store had everything we could ever want. We will certainly be back next time we are remotely close to Delaware."

I don’t understand why there is a 2 star rating on this service, they don’t even sell china products as this is hockey related. I never had an issue with any product sold by this company even if it did come from China."
