"This was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I ordered the Cemita sandwich with al pastor. Everything on it tasted super fresh and delicious, flavors were balanced perfectly, it was hearty and fulfilling without being too greasy, and the smoky chipotle on it added incredible flavor and dimension to the sandwich. Oh and the bun was perfectly grilled, still soft but with a little crunch on the edges. My partner got the Huaraches, which were also fantastic; the homemade tortilla was perfect. We shared the horchata, which was $6 but it was a whole quart container full and had the perfect level of sweetness. Our server was great too, very nice and efficient. I will definitely travel the half an hour back to this area in the future, specifically to come back here. Very affordable prices too!"
"I never write reviews, but these quesabirria tacos were too good not to. The consume is original and balanced, with an accent on the lime and cilantro flavors. I asked for the tacos to be made without onion and there wasn’t any, yet the flavors of the onion still were present. This was ideal, as I don’t like the texture, but love the flavor profile of onions. Both the sauces they gave me as well were very good, I liked the orange one a lot and it had a mysterious smokiness that I loved. I never drink the consume, but I am now. For $15, which can be the on the higher side compared to other local Mexican places, the price point is perfect for what you get. It’s always the small, hidden spots with a family owned feel that make the best food. Thank you from the heart. - Malachi (p.s only have a post food destruction photo cause it was that good, sorry not sorry)"
"The food was great. The lady was very friendly. A quick to go stop. Parking might be an issue in the location. Great varieties of food to pick from."
"Ordered two sets of nachos to try them out. Chicken and Steak. The chili sauce and chipotle sauce were good. Hot and spicy. Not your conventional nachos but good nonetheless. Will order again and expand off the menu !"
"I was there like 5 minute ago, I am pregnant and i really was craving for a “torta” (sandwich). While I was doing my order with the waitress I asked him if the sauce was spicy and he said no. For those who don’t know a lot of pregnant women can’t handle spicy things. They brought me the “torta” and the sauce was spicy and I couldn’t eat it. I went to the front desk to told them about it and they said “I don’t know what to said”. I didn’t eat a 2% of the food and they still charged me like I eat it all. I feel so sad about this because I paid $13 dollars and I didn’t eat anything (that was all I got to eat out)."
