"HORRBILE! We were in the area for the day visiting before heading back home and started to have issues. We immediately got the vehicle towed and made local hotel arrangements until they opened the next morning. Customer service is atrocious! Don’t bother to bring your BMW to get service!!! Service Advisor CRAIG LEVINE is incompetent newbie that relocated from Westchester County, NY and is racially prejudice making unprofessional statements to my wife “well I didn’t know if you could afford it” when asked what are the recommendations from the technician. Craig sadly does not know what he’s saying in regards to recommendations, BMW parts cost/labor and explaining what your vehicle overall needs are. He expressed to my spouse and I that we needed to bring our BMW back to get on “another” computer diagnostic device that would cost us $600 to tell us what the problem was with our vehicle. If you pay for diagnostic that should tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. I have never heard as a long time BMW owner it needs to be hooked up to “different” diagnostic device. They don’t offer videos from technicians like upscale BMW dealership does and no loaners. If you want poor service then come here they make a bad name for BMW and I had made a complaint to BMW North America for this egregiously awful experience."
