Walmart Pharmacy

"EVERY time I have ANY issue on MY END… the team at this pharmacy help me solve ALL issue(s) quickly and professionally. You get a genuine sense of connection like you would from a small town pharmacy; that’s paired with the inventory and pricing of a large establishment. I enjoy all my experiences with any Walmart pharmacy, however this one is top tier in the delivered experience and service. I hope the store can maintain this team and/or leadership responsible in this department."

"On November 24th the girl that was waiting on customers was rude and disrespectful. I called the pharmacist and complained. There is always a lime mo matter what time you go. Never have two cashiers. Horrible customer service."

"The older pharmacist who was working Monday , January 30th , was beyond rude . My Rx was supposed to be picked up Saturday, but because my doctor hadn't approved it I had to wait till Monday. I called the pharmacy at 1:30 and was told by the pharmacist that my prescription had been approved but that he was too busy to fill it and that I would have to wait until tomorrow to get it . He was uncaring, unsympathetic and a disgrace to his profession. When I explained that I had been out of my medication since Saturday, he said he had too . I will be switching pharmacies!!!!!"

"Horrible place, I get the same 4 prescriptions filled there every month and every single month there is a problem with one or the other. Nothing on my end has changed. Plus the people at the pick up registers are about dumb as a pile of rocks. Like how hard is your minimum wage job? The level of incompetence is just mind blowing."

"This afternoon I was in your North Salisbury location to pick up a medication. The lady that helped me told me they appeared to be out of the medicine to fill a 90 day supply but that I should go to the "drop off" line and they be able to give me enough medication until they got more in. I went to the drop off line and a young African American lady with a name tag that had "grandma" written on it helped me. I explained to her what the other lady had told me and she simply said "name" "date of birth" and then proceeded to roll her eyes. She then walked away without saying a word and came back a few minutes later and said "yeah, we are out of that" I said well, what am I supposed to do since I am out of my medicine, they just told me that I could get enough for a couple days? She then tells me "ha I don't know what to tell you" I said well can I have it transferred to another pharmacy? She acted as if this was a major inconvenience for her and called someone else over and told them that I wanted to transfer my medication and then tells me I have to call the pharmacy where I want it to be transferred to and have them call and walks away without another word yet again. When she comes back she says "well, there's some on the shelf so do you want some until we get it in?" I told her that no, I did not and I would be transferring my medication and would no longer be using your facility again due to the way that I was treated and made to feel like an inconvenience and that I was sent to her line to get enough medication for a couple of days in the first place and she obviously did not want to help me so I would be going elsewhere. I then asked her what her name was and she ignored me. My medications have been sent to another pharmacy that is willing to actually do their job and not act as if customers are bothering them and you have lost my business, which is a shame because you are the cheapest in town however I would rather pay a few extra dollars and be treated with respect and kindness than deal with your untrained, uncompassionate and rude staff."
