"BUYER BEWARE I picked up a prescription that was new to me and left the store. After reading about the product I was uncomfortable taking the medicine. The doctor prescribing the medicine did not explain the potential side effects and the pharmacist did not explain anything to me. It is my understanding that if it is your first time with a medicine, the pharmacist swipes his or her fingerprint and then asks if there are any questions. i was never questioned or asked if there was anything I'd like to discuss. I telephoned to ask if I could return the unopened medicine and was told no. Once you leave, that's it. I asked the young woman on the phone if they posted this policy on the walls or at the counter of the pharmacy and was told no. I asked her how we were supposed to know this was the policy and she had no answer. This is very disappointing. In this day and age when there is so much competition amongst pharmacies you would expect more customer service and more of an effort to educate a person when getting a new medicine. Just one more example of gotcha policies."

"The man pharmacist there is as rude as they get. He's short with customers. He' s been short with staff right in front of customers. He's always got an issue with you: where you are standing in the line, any coupon you may be trying to use. Overall he just gives you a hard time. I'd go elsewhere but they have the best price on my medication."

"Thank you Salisbury Acme pharmacy and store for your great customer service today! My family had just spent 4 hours at the hospital and wanted to get my husband's two prescriptions on the way home. We stopped at Salisbury Acme pharmacy and store. The pharmacy said they would fill his prescriptions in 25 to 30 minutes. We were exhausted and hadn't eaten dinner so while the pharmacy had the new prescriptions I shopped quickly and selected two roasted chickens, potato rolls, potato salad, seafood salad and even dessert. The cashier also quickly rang up my groceries and split my order into separate bags as I requested, plus gave me Monopoly game cards. Then I hurried back to the pharmacy and the pharmacist had my husband's two prescriptions ready for me to pay for. I quickly took my four bags and signed my credit card receipt and left. I bought my prescriptions and groceries in a total of 20 minutes! But I didn't realize I left the prescription bag behind. I got out to the car where my daughter and husband were waiting and they asked if I had the prescriptions? Just then the pharmacist came outside to give me my forgotten bag with my purchase. He was so nice! So thank you to the fine staff at Salisbury Acme pharmacy and store! You helped us so much! We left and had his prescriptions plus dinner for us and our daughter and her family.
