"Picked up meds on 11/15/23 by drive thru. Was greeted by a not so happy employee, I wish I would have got her name. I handed her a discount card that I was told would not work with my insurance. I assured her it would because I did not have the excluded insurance that the card listed. She went and had the pharmacist talk to me who told me the same thing and that I had Federal Insurance and it was excluded. I argued with her and tried to explain and she insisted I was wrong after I explained to her what government insurance was. I paid, pulled off and called my insurance co who told me I do not have Federal Insurance I have a commercial insurance. I asked the rep to speak with her which he agreed. I went into the Pharmacy where I spoke to someone different who looked up my info and let me know that there was a discount card already on file from my insurance co. So something as simple as checking my profile instead of arguing with me turned into something it didn't need to. Now, you have lost a customer. Not all of the employees there are rude but there are quite a few that I have encountered in my short time going there. Left there and picked up a prescription for my son at Walgreens and it was a pleasure, staff and Pharmacist was more than willing to assist everyone they waited on while I was there and they were extremally busy. I will not be going back!!"

"Their Website Refill Service Is The WORST! Their staff are horrendously rude when you have an issue. They insist it is you that are in the wrong and when finally you get to a knowledgeable person (which is someone usually management or above [However, even management has been horrible lately]) everything “magically” fixes itself. Horrible."
