"I did a Covid-19 test appointment for my daughter so she could have results before starting school. I received a reminder email the day of the appointment, so I figured everything was as planned. We get to the window and there was a piece of paper just stating that they weren’t testing due to lack of test kits. The least they could’ve done was call or email me to cancel before I rushed her out of the house and drove up there. They just need to be more responsible with their appointments and testing."
