"I would like to commend Johnathan, a unique individual at the Walgreens (Broad & Pearl) who is extremely knowledgeable. He is chatty, more so than other employees there, but in a way that makes it clear HE CARES. He knows about all the products and knows their location inside the store, and he also asks appropriate follow-up questions to make sure the customer got what they wanted/needed."

"Always go here to get my medication, and the staff are always very helpful and nice. I've never had a problem with my medicine or the staff. Lately, I have noticed a change 6 the quality of work from the staff and the many turnovers. Medication had taken longer to be finished, and one time, the pharmacy was closed!!!"

"This place is always clean, no one hanging around outside, which is good because right across the street from here is a area where a lot of panhandling takes place! I always feel safe going here and the Staff both in the store and back at the Pharmacy are very helpful and polite"

"Im done with this pharmacy. Ive been a customer here since they opened this store. They use to be good years ago but they have been going down hill for a while. The staff can be completely rude and the app will notify you that your prescription is ready then you go to pick it up and they inform you that they are out to come back in a few days. You go back in a few days and it turns out they ran out again. This is for meds we need to live. This is a pharmacy not a burger joint get your act together before you kill someone"

"Would give 0 stars if able. Still sitting here waiting for Covid Vaccine. Had a 2:15 appointment and it is now 3:20 and just received the paperwork. Line of about 25 people who have built up behind us waiting. Slowest most incompetent pharmacy staff ever. This is the 11th vaccine appointment for our family at Walgreens and the other 10 were at other local stores and never took more than 10 minutes. Here I am 1hr and 10 minutes later still waiting with 25 other customers. Oh yeah, it's not because of lack of staff, there are so many people behind the pharmacy counter they are running into each other."
